Those 80 million potential buyers have already bought a DS lite, this will appear to the buyers who were holding out cos they wanted something extra. Also I expect this model would be a parallel to the lite as it just makes sense seeing how well its still selling. Im gonna stay 50:50 as to whether it is true (that way i cant be wrong :D) but it does sound very possible.
