^ Cutting taxes and giving people their money back would be a great idea. The problem with McCain and the GOP, however, is that they no longer recognize the need for corresponding spending cuts.
They do not have the video up as of yet, but "Reason.com," the site that funded the Barr event, does have a verbatim live blog of Barr's commentary and short Q&A.
