Personally I would say no. A bad game isn't worth shit if it's not enjoyable. For the same price you can grab two quality titles off of PSN or any number of other quality discounted retail titles PS3 has to offer. In addition to that, if you have PS2 BC on your PS3, there are numerous quality games that can be purchased for the same or less than that.
This comes from someone that hasn't played Lair outside of a store demo, so don't weigh my opinion the same as someone that has played through the game. I just think you can spend $20 better than purchasing Lair.
