I like both but I drink Decaf Coffee more often. Light Cream, one Splenda. But I also drink tea about twice a week, 2 Splendas. I used to drink red bull, but the can broke open from the bottom, and ruined my good pair of shoes... I swore myself off of red bull till the Maker's of Red Bull get their act together and stop using cheap cans, where normal use makes the soldered seams pop loose.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
