You really should see Ed Wood and Big Fish as they are both masterpieces in my opinion. Sweeney Todd was very good and I would argue it was as good as Sleepy Hollow.
Charlie Kaufman is one of my favourite screenwriters too! I loved Adaptation and Eternal Sunshine. Being John Malkovich was pretty damn good too. Speaking of Malkovich, if you havent yet seen Burn After Reading, you should really do yourself a favour and go to it.
@Rubang: Yep, he sure is. And if I'm not mistaken it's being filmed in stop-motion animation. Completely agree with you on the Gondry-Burton comparison.
