Have you ever bought a game that was unfathomably horrible that you returned it to the store, told them it was defective, got a new, sealed copy and returned that for a refund?
I have. I bought NHL 2k8 last year before 08 came out for the PS2 and it was such garbage. I've also bought replacement copies of games that for some reason or another stopped working, only to return the broken one as defective.
I recently had my BRAND NEW 360 controller that CAME with my BRAND NEW 360 cause me grief so I bought another and returned the gimped one, mainly because the retailer wanted the ENTIRE system AND my memory card with all my saves to replace the controller.
The bonus of this was I called MS to find out what they could do for me and they wanted me to pay for shipping for the replacement so I said no, but they ended up sending me a new controller anyways, so I got a free controller out of this. :o
Anyone else do this? :P
