Depends really on what kind of Diarrhea. If it's just one "load" then 5/10. But if it's constant diarrhea that your ass becomes so sore even farting causes you to almost cry, then 9/10.
People who don't vote, and then bitch about all the bad things that happened to them because of policies implemented by whomever gets elected.
