I am guessing the spikes on both Senators record are during campaign times....
I am glad to see they both seem dedicated. I have heard some senators miss like half of the votes.

360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
