That man is on a roll, I got a good laugh at him blaming the PS3 failures in general (though in context of this probably just Japan) on Japanese developers not being up to par on developing on the PS3 or not having enough of them, he did is in such a friggin amazingly diplomatic way that I couldn't stop laughing. He was basically saying that it's the developers fault and not Sony's.
