Yes. PS3 cannot win, and Sony either needs to ride Nintendo's coattails, or try to disrupt the disrupter. Their pride and misplaced confidence will not allow the first, and their corporate culture will not allow the second. Furthermore, consumers would likely reject the first, and it would take several years to execute the second.
