I would never bet on a Nintendo game like Mario Galaxy to lose in sales terms against any game. Nintendo always has the best selling games (Gamecube had an install base of 20 million and some of its games sold in the 6 millions). I think thats mainly because Nintendo consoles are just used for gaming while 360's and PS3's can be used for other purposes.
