he should then just quit if he is going to push this back.
the bill he's talking about won't get passed just as the bill before it in 2005 didn't get passed because it is bullshit. It's secret agenda BS.
He's obviously trying to pressure congress into passing the bill, but in the end this might really hurt him.
I really hope he fails now because this move is not about politics, it is about lining pockets.
