Well that makes sense to delay both versions a few months since it takes a couple weeks longer to get the PS3 version optimized. If I looked at it that way that entire statement still seems RETARDED. The reason those games are delayed on PS3 is most likely the began as a 360 build since PS3 came a year later and then was ported to PS3. The same thing will happen when porting a game built on PS3 tech to a 360. Either way that does not explain a several month delay. It would just seem RockStar is behind schedule.
