i think the specs for the ps4 are already complete. all they are doing is waiting for costs and evolutions of hardware. I think they have the ideas all in place
for instance
some kind of gigantic 50GB flash drive instead of hard drive. 50GB Flash cards for games instead of blu ray discs. (i think they will mov back to the cartridge, but a flash cart) new cell processor so on and so forth.
