- I'm with EL_PATRAS on the regenerators of RE4. The sounds they made while approaching or how they would jump on your leg so fast if your blasted their legs. They always made me very nervous.... unless I had the Chicago Typewriter of course!
- The final boss of RE2 was also pretty freaky (in the lab, not on the train).
- Also Baron von Blubba, the ghost whale from Bubble Bobble was really intimidating. When it appeared you were pretty much sure of losing a life.
