No company will advertise a price cut more than 1 week before it happens if they can help it.
They could still have one even if they are trying to cloud the waters now so that demand doesn't slow down.
Not saying that they will have one, but if they do then the PAL regions should be an easier decision since its nearest competitior is so much cheaper.
