Well the PS3 did improve after that. And Sony did cop to screwing parts of it up.
But he likely would be working on the PS3 as well, but as he said, his team is too small. the 360 and PC are similar enough that Valve can focus on that. If someone want's a game ported to other systems, those games require and extra team, like with the Orange Box.
But hopefully, such a team would have better familiarity with a target system.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
