Anyway, there is a one in a million chance that a game like Fable 2, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space, R2, or Fracture could come out and be a surprise AAAA game, but these odds are very, very slim. Also, again, Brawl gets snubbed because it's a Wii game by Nintendo. If it was called Super Twisted Metal Brawl on Playstation 3, it'd be virtually guarnteed a win.

I don't know what you're an about with the Wii thing. Mario Galaxy and Zelda won more GOTY's than any other games released in their respective years.
Brawl doesn't deserve to be nominated. Neither does GTAIV, but everyone knows it will be.
