He needs to go or be jailed for it. He signed a contract and needs to live up to that commitment.

And he hasn't served three years in Afghanistan, the article said he served one tour in three years of being in the Army.

I agree with this. Go with what has to happen, not what sounds "nice" but could ruin the system for everyone in the long run.
