Halo MMO cancelled, still possible?

They made Halo like MMOs twice. Once with Planetside and once with Tabula Rasa. Both have struggled horribly and been close to cancelation since their inception.

Sci Fi MMOs more or less do not work with the sole exception of EVE which took years to catch on (and is a space based not ground based Sci Fi game.)
