So they can find easy ways to get out of a contract they willingly signed?
That's shitty diplomacy, stof. Those guys should be shipped right back to the US, just as any Canadian criminals should be shipped back to Canada. You open up a big can of worms by deciding what the US is or is not allowed to do with their own citizens, especially ones who the US felt have broken laws.
