Eh, this was a given. Even though it was being developed on PC first, the engine was being fully optimized for the ps3 through the PC. After all, no games are developed directly on the console. They're all done indirectly via PCs in some fashion.
Development is focused on the ps3 at the moment, and that's all there is to it.
