Is Final Fantasy important anymore?

Totally agree, it is my favorite in the series along with FF8 and FF4. I think the storyline was great and driven by its excellent characters.(the development of Titus was very well done) However, it had the advantage of full voice acting and better graphics which I think helped immerse the player in the story as a whole. That's why I would love to see remakes of games like FF7 and FF8 with improved graphics and full voice-over. I would also like to see FF4 and FF6 get that treatment, but I'll have to settle for the DS remakes. ( I assume FF6 will get one eventually...maybe even on the next Nintendo Handheld)

 

Although I love them all (except X-2...which was decent, but not up to par)
