Anyone saying places like NY and Michigan can't be serious. It's WAY too cold that far North. I think everyone can agree that a more mild climate (like NC or Virginia) is much better. I've loved living in NC. We've got 4 awesome universities in-state, the mountains to the west and the beach to the east, and BOJANGLES. You yankees really don't know what you're missing out on.
