360 and PS3 have more multimedia functions which make them look less like a toy... but fact is if you use them to play they are all toys... if you throw them out the window an kill somebody they are all lethal weapons... its not about who says what they are, its about how you use them personally... hell the way some people talk about their console makes me think they use it as a sex-toy...
