agnostic, which is me, is a belief that god doesn't exist because there is no evidence. A belief in the possibility at least exists
Athiest is no god at all, irrelevent of whether there actually is evidence. There is no acknowledgment.
Its very discriminatory to exclude someone because they don't believe in god. Im sure thats exactly what they mean by Heaven and Hell.
