I agree with that. 2 of my favourite games are scored in the mid to high 50's. If I read reviews, then I wouldn't have played them for the ~100+hrs I did.

Digimon World 2 = 52%

Digimon Digital Card Battle = 58%

All the digimon games are ranked poorly (except the DS ones).
