should i sell zelda TP and metroid 3 for $40?

my cousin told me friend wants zelda TP and metroid for $40 should i give it to him?

zelda TP was bought at feb 2007

metroid bought at sept 2007

but i wanted to sell them for atleast $50

is this a good deal or am i getting ripped off?
