Is the Tales of Vesperia premium ediiton worth buying?

Vesperia is the best of the series...It's near-unanimous that it's the best one ever made.

ToV is at least 60hrs, but requires extra playthroughs to get everything. So I wouldn't be surprised if you could play about 100hrs to get everything, or more.
