Well, its alot more than democrat, republican etc. ALOT of people are at fault here. Republican's for not regulating, wall street for taking risks and beeing greedy, people for buying more house than they can afford and the predatory lenders who misled said people. Democrats did not come in to fix it either. Thats the very abridged version. But im not gonna go into detail in this thread.
