Didn't they do the same thing in 2000?
They aren't really a fan of him, because despite what people like to say about him he really isn't a rank and file republican when it comes to economy.
While he's hands off regulation wise... he still keeps an eye on companys to make sure he doesn't screw people.
A fun one is Ross Perot... he thinks John McCain is activly covering up POWs that fought with him in vietnam.
