Not too surprising really. McCain isn't too favorable to those big Execs. so... I also agree that Christopher Cox should be fired. He was put in place to stop corruption right? What happens inside Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae? Corruption at the highest level. If you hire a sheriff to clean up the town, but the town still has gun fights and lawlessness, you fire the sheriff and get a new one.
Someone I greatly respect says that he would put the now infamous former Governor of New York, Elliot Spitzer, in charge of this cleanup. He did things that made Wall Street angry, and they drug up dirt on him. Now this stuff happens after he is out of any power to do anything to clean it up. I am not sure Spitzer would be a wise choice or not, but pickup on his work and where he left off and continuing that would be a good place to start.
So in Review, McCain has at least one thing right. Mr. Cox must go.
