Theres nothing to rethink here. There are people that have the game now that are admitted fans of SMW that are saying that it is as good if not better. Whats the issue with this? It is possible for an 18 year old game to finally have a game beat it, and if this is true then good for Media Molecule and Sony who bought them even with out a previous history of being able to deliver on this scale.
Anyone that comes in here and has an issue with a reviewer or someone playing this game that says its as good if not better then SMW is just a blind fanboy. You should just be psyched that a game is coming out as good as SMW that you can play now. I think the platformer world is big enough for two masterpeices.
I cant wait for this game to come out, the more I learn about it the more I have to rethink its possible GOTY award. Especially with the massive amount of love its getting from critics.
I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.
