I've read some complicated theories about this. Some believe that the curvature of one's foot is similar to the "hour glass" shape that has been used in professional models and coke bottles (both very popular, wouldn't you agree)? The feet are also highlighted quite a bit through things such as heels, stockings, etc. By the way, armpit fetishes do exist and I've seen them. Not sure of the other two though.
