Also, didn't Athena say at the beginning of GoW1 that the gods can't wage war against each other and that is why Ares destroyed Athens? Kratos was probably destroying cities of worshipers of other gods to weaken them or something.
And something I would like to see in GoW3, make it so that when you replay in a hidden costume, Kratos appears in that costume and his blades are glowing, or not, depends on how many orbs you have used to power them up in the in game cutscenes. The prerendered ones shouldn't be like this so that they can be as awesome as possible of course.
