Hmm. Only thing i could think of using the thing for would be for a network attached store PC that didn't consume much power, but that'd be a hassle, as you'd just have to hook up all your HDD's via USB and just have them sitting next to the thing (and that kinda negates the power savings).
It'd certainly work well as a web browser PC, or something that would work well for kiosks. I can't think of much I'd use it for at home.
