I bought my 360 as well just recently and it had the 90 day warranty card in it. I did my research beforehand, though, and knew it had a 1 year factory warranty. I did go ahead and spend the 60 bucks for another year (from microsoft) so that I have a 2 year complete hardware warranty. Now with the TRL (three red lights) 3 year warranty, I'm covered even further on that issue. I agree with Stickball on this one. The OP was a rant and the title is a bit over the top. I understand getting upset if the Box died, but I assume it is still working and hence going off the deep end post-wise probably wasn't the best way to start researching the issue.
