It's unlikely that it'll drop horribly due to new supply issues - even when it was sold out when ToV launched, it was a worse sellout (fewer places had 'em available), but the X360 still managed ~7k the week after ToV.
And it does seem that the X360 is sold out yet again after the price drop + IU.
Hopefully FinalEvangelion, and smbu can get new pics and updates, but I've read that many of the major stores are sold out yet again. Hopefully MS has a few more shipments en-route so they don't have to re-launch the system again.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
