If he has a 360 or not has nothing to do with if he can correct you on being rude. Although your statments are correct in that he could have (no one should be expected to to look up a warrenty on line if the documentation in the product state a very sort warrenty) varified the the warrenty online. When I read your post berateing Jeo for not going above and beyond befor the post, I felt that you were being hard on him and somewhat rude in your comments. (Which is very out of characture for you) A simple correction would have been enough and I am sure he would have been relieved to hear about the 3 year warrenty.
