Microsoft Confirms GTA IV DLC for Fall 2008... What is it? Still no clue

It's gotten a big 'meh' from me since the whole DLC thing was on the table prior to the game's release.

Now after the crap about the game's reviews and how not amazing it actually is, I couldn't really care less.
