SCEA knows we're dying for JRPGs, so they'll probably rush the localization like they did for the original Dark Cloud (something they did NOT do for Rogue Galaxy >_>).
Not to mention, SCE in general has been great at getting games out in all territories in a timely manner for the ps3.
I think we'll get it no later than May, and possibly as early as February. March is the most likely, imo, especially with Killzone 2 landing in February and InFamous tentatively set for April/May.
