There have been many games, brilliant in every other aspect , but falling short on one front(where it shouldnt, probably). So lets discuss these silver clouds with a lining of bird-poo

Ill go first with the very obvious Symphony Of The Night. Its a brilliant game, one of the best for the PS( and thats quite an achievement),one fo the best examples of good level design, we all know that. But given the otherwise high production quality of the game, what happened to the english voice acting? its really hard to believe that it was the work of professional voice actors. The classic "What is a man but a miserable pile of lies?" stays with us for eternity.

I liked the Voice Acting. "Dark Metamorphisis" is a classic line in videogaming. The PSP version had the VA redone. That's one of the best games of all time you're criticizing there pal.

I dissaprove of nitpicking.

I think its ok Zen...he does say its a brilliant game so...

About SotN, if the games story was a part of its appeal I'd understand why this may be something that could bother the gamer. But taht game is 100% pure gameplay, so the cutscenes are just there for me to go get a soda.

If sotry driven game like MGS4 had cheesy dialoge like that (actually it has plenty with Otacon crying over spilled milk) then I'd agree its a dent in the armour of a classic title.
