Isn't it about who has the best games? Say there is 500 games coming out for the PS3 this X-mas but 495 of them are all horrible games that no one would be caught dead buying. I don't care how many games a system has if most of them suck.

  I think quantity can very much be a bigger selling factor to the mainstream market then quality.

  I mean look at the PS2, that was flooded with alot of crap that we never heard about, but it was a large part of what sold ths system. Although terrble games may seem like absolutely nothing to 'us', they can be a system seller to someone else.

 Hell, my mate bought a Wii simply to play the new Harry Potter game, as I'm sure many other people did. the majority of people don't buy a game based on the fact IGN gave it 9.5 or whatever.

Hmm, good point. I guess the only way to tell who has the best line up is when all of this is over...at least til next X-mas anyway.
