1. Yes, he may be factually correct about what they said, but the problem lies in extrapolating it to discredit upcoming projects Sony is working on. People here are using it to introduce FUD. It's bullshit.
2. True, and this is part of the reason that the extrapolation I mentioned in #1 is bullshit.
3. Bullshit. Replace "Sony" with "MS" OR "Nintendo" and get rid of the word "new", and your sentence would be just as true. Which means it has no specific anti-Sony force at all.
