This war is not over yet, it all depends how each company plan out their strategy.
even though MS and SONY lost one major system seller this fall, imagine if MS or Sony able to drop the price to a better point, it can boost units sale considerably. IF ms drop $100 on their premium package, that can pretty much seal the deal for everyone on this holiday season.
who would choose Wii($250) over premium xbox360($300) price point???
as for Sony, I dont know if they are able to drop the price of ps3 again in this short amount of time.
We'll have to see how many system Halo 3 able to sell at current price point, then we can make conclusion its the lack of AAA game thats holding back buyers or its the Price point that is scaring buyer away. If Halo Fails to sell a decent amount of systems then we can conclude Price is the biggest factor.
