looks like EA Games has taken the first step against reselling your games

Wow I didn't think so many people were against reselling games. I sometimes buy used game and never at 95% of the original price. Usually, it's about 20-30% of the price of a new game.

I would that is sucks that you need to be the original owner of the game to get the DLC but I don't really care as I don't want to buy Rockband 2 and if I would, it would be new.
