No.  They're both bad.

However Obama's plan would of been worse as it would of not only taken out one Pro-USA guy out, it would of put an Anti-USA guy in... where they would of likely stayed in.

Here, we've got someone who is somewhat Pro-USA... and attacking may or may not cause Anti-USA forces in.  So long as he makes the right responses to it... he might not be knocked out of power however, unlike the Dictator.

Personally I'm against both Obama's and Bush's plans though.

The only time i'm really for invading other countries without permission is when they're being beligerant towards neighbors or committing acts of genocide.  Perhaps Nuclear Weapon procurement too depending on the country. 

The Obama and Bush stances on pakistan are just two bad ideas.  One worse then the other.
