Mario Galaxy is very likely to be remembered as the best game period this generation.
Other than that:
Metal Gear Solid 4: I think this one will age very nicely.
Call of Duty 4: New standard in FPS's, will probably become an FPS landmark like Goldeneye.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Depends on whether there's gonna be a sequel.
Spore: Revolutional new bridge title.
Wii Fit/Sports: Both showed the public new ways of gaming.
Twilight Princess: Will probably be outclassed by a second Zelda on Wii, although personally I found the game fantastic.
No More Heroes: Will definitely remain a cult classic.
