Blech, it seems like Warhammer focuses on all the things I hate in WoW. I really don't care for PvP/World PvP and I can't stand group quests.
Not to mention how annoyed I would get from constantly losing cities. I don't want to defend the Undercity. I want to go there, buy some mats at the auction house and leave with as little hassle as possible.
It still sounds interesting though, and I might try it if there's a free trial before Lich King.
