As said earlier, dollar going up :P

And look at the Europe markets today, they got totally walloped. Most of them lost 5-10%

This is just speculation on my part, but might the relatively small drop in USA stocks be explained by the fact that the Federal Reserve now gives cash for stocks?

If it's not that, I don't know what to say... The rules of the game are being changed every day, the financial markets often look like a sketchy casino nowadays. It's very hard to analyze the situation.
